    i Think of the methods discussed are equally important. I think that it would come down to how much time the designer has, and the type of site that would determine if one method would be preferable.for my LIS 636 comic book site I asked coworkers to do usability testing and I also observed a few while they went through my site. i think that the observations were the most useful to me considering my time constraint.
