The empirical method that I feel is most important is interviews. I believe that interviews are the most important because I will be able to have a one-on-one talk with the user. During the interview I would hope that I could gain, hear and understand how the user feel about using the site and his/ her opinions.

I have used interviews before as an empirical method. I like interviews because sometimes if the interviewee is uncomfortable speaking in a large/ medium sized group, such as a focus group, then he/ she can respond with ease with just myself being present.
